Keith T. Van Arsdale

President and CEO

Keith Van Arsdale is the President and CEO of BMC Capital and also a Principal in the firm.  Since 1997, Van Arsdale has been involved in and overseen over $18 billion in commercial mortgage originations.  Keith is considered a pioneer and expert in the small balance loan sector.  Commencing in 2000, Mr. Van Arsdale oversaw BMC’s expansion of the firm with the opening of multiple offices throughout the US.  He has also developed many of the key capital relationships for the firm.  Van Arsdale was integral to the development of BMC’s proprietary web based IT platform that allows the firm to cost effectively and efficiently package, process and close small balance loans.  He also has spearheaded many of BMC’s recognized marketing programs including the creation of the trademarked slogan “Your Small Loan Is a Big Deal To Us.” 

Van Arsdale has been an active speaker and panelist at many trade industry events including the MBA CREF Conference, Crittenden Conference, Multi Housing Council and Self Storage Association.  He is also frequently cited by recognized industry publications such as Boxwood Means/Small Balance, Crittenden, Commercial Mortgage Alert and Scotsman Guide.

Prior to BMC, Van Arsdale had positions in Sales/Marketing at two Fortune 500 firms.  Mr. Van Arsdale is a graduate of Texas Christian University with a BBA in Marketing.
